Upon receipt of payment, the dispatch time for Caiti’s Heart custom-weighted products is estimated at 10-14 working days, while non-handmade products typically take 3-5 working days to dispatch. Your order will be dispatched only after the payment of the custom shipping fee.

Damaged Items:
